Relationship and Abuse Recovery Coaching for Women

Find the support you need to understand your pain and make an achievable plan to experience clarity, hope, and healing–all while honoring your relationship with God in the process.

The first step to healing—is acknowledging where you’re at.

Whether your pain comes from a destructive relationship or lingering wounds from your past, trauma and abuse can leave you feeling overwhelmed emotionally, mentally, and physically. Emotional pain can show up as:

• Carrying guilt and shame for what’s happened to you

• Trouble trusting people in your life

• Fear of failure, constant self-doubt

• Feelings of unworthiness or being unlovable

• Feeling like you're walking on eggshells

• Feeling overwhelmed, dysregulated, or hypervigilant

Trauma and emotional pain affect us all differently.

But no matter how it's showing up in your life, you don’t have to let it control your future. Healing and growth are within your reach.

You Deserve To:

Face your pain with courage and compassion

Reclaim control over your emotions and circumstances

Restore your God-given sense of self worth

Improve your emotional and physical well-being

What starts to shift for clients during our work:

Clarity on their marriage and tools to move forward

  • “Darah is a humble leader who is transparent, honest, and a good spiritual communicator.

She’s like a good shepherd with a gentle spirit who is able to guide the group when it goes off topic! She builds an environment of trust where members feel safe to share.”

    -A.S. from California

  • “Darah’s course is teaching me that I can come out of my difficulties a better person!

I’m so thankful for Darah and her course because it’s helped me work through hardships. I’ve even been able to use what I’m learning to help others. I just thank the Lord for the encouragement it’s given me.”

    -P.L. from West Virginia

  • “Darah’s program caters to the mental, emotional, and social health that will help our church grow and thrive!

Darah’s course for churches offers a place where people can be vulnerable and authentic. It’s a safe space where participants can make deeper connections, which may not always happen in the church at large. I see it as an integral part of our congregation.”

    -S.C. from West Virginia

  • Just to be able to release my story to someone who is so compassionate and filled with wisdom has been such a relief that I didn’t even know I needed. I was feeling so guilty with the triggers I was experiencing due to the betrayal. They would make me angry and I didn’t realize how much I needed this space Darah creates.

    B.S. - 1:1 Coaching Client

  • I’ve learnt that grief needs a witness. We can’t truly heal without someone witnessing our pain and knowing what we’ve been through. Being able to share my life journey for the first time in a safe and non-judgmental space, has really helped me to heal and feel less burdened by the things I’ve been through.
