Yes! You don’t need a formal diagnosis to benefit from ADHD coaching. If you suspect you have ADHD or notice patterns that feel familiar, we can work together to explore strategies, build routines, and develop skills that support your focus, organization, and productivity. Coaching is always centered on your goals and what works best for you.
-
While therapy often focuses on listening, reflecting on your past, and diagnosing mental health conditions, my approach overlaps in that I empathetically listen and honor your past experiences. However, my focus is on understanding how those experiences have shaped your current situation and helping you move forward toward your goals. Together we create practical tools, strategies, and actionable steps to address and help you continue on your growth journey.

No, neither individual ADHD Coaching nor The Overcomer’s Course are a substitute for licensed therapy for individuals who need a mental health diagnosis or therapeutic treatment.
I do not diagnose mental health disorders or work with clients facing severe mental health challenges. However, with my background in counseling, if it becomes evident that a client requires specialized treatment beyond my scope, I will refer you to a licensed therapist in your area. Some clients choose to continue working with me alongside their licensed therapist, who provides mental health assessments or treatments.

Explore your unique strengths and challenges
Identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck
Develop practical routines, tools, and strategies that actually fit your life

As a Christian coach, I can integrate faith-based perspectives if that’s meaningful to you. While ADHD coaching focuses on practical strategies, goal-setting, and self-management, I honor your personal faith and can use your values and beliefs as one lens to guide decision-making, motivation, and reflection. You remain in charge of what’s included—your faith is an option we can absolutely weave into our work to help you thrive.
Prior to your individual coaching session, I provide you with an intake form to fill out and in it, there is a place where you can let me know if you’d like faith-based guidance or not.
* However, please note that The Overcomer’s Course and RISE programs are both led from a Christian perspective.

I create a confidential, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where you can feel safe to share your experiences. I prioritize your privacy, respect your pace, and offer empathetic support without any judgment. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
Confidentiality note: While I strive to maintain privacy, Zoom, email, and standard text messaging are not fully HIPAA-compliant.
Growth and progress aren’t always quick or simple… but they are worth it.
The journey toward confidence and the life you want unfolds through small, intentional steps that, over time, create meaningful change.
Even if it feels like you’re stuck or “broken”:
You are already whole.
This process is about learning to see yourself that way again.
