From Confusion to Clarity in Your Marriage
You love God. You value marriage.
But something in your relationship doesn’t feel right—and you can’t keep ignoring it.
You’re not crazy, you’re confused for a reason…
▶ If you’re constantly second-guessing yourself…
▶ If your husband feels kind one moment and cold, angry, or withdrawn the next…
▶ If you’re walking on eggshells, trying to keep the peace, and wondering “Is this normal—or is something wrong?”
If you feel disoriented, there’s a reason. Healthy relationships don’t leave you constantly doubting your own reality. Your discomfort is information—not failure.
RISE supports women of faith navigating confusion in their marriages—equipping them with the skills to name what’s happening, protect their hearts, and move forward with confidence.
WHAT IS RISE?
RISE is a 13-week small-group program for Christian women who are seeking clarity, emotional safety, and wisdom for the next steps in their marriage.
It’s designed for women who are:
Married, Separated, or Dating
Experiencing emotional, spiritual, sexual, financial, or relational harm
Affected by a partner’s addiction(s), affairs, untreated mental health issues, pornography use, or patterns of control and mistreatment
Struggling to trust their own discernment after years of confusion
The RISE journey is not about telling you to stay—or telling you to leave. It’s about helping you see clearly, reclaim your God-given identity and voice, and taking the next right step, for you—at your pace.
Helping You Navigate the Unknown in Your Marriage
Many Christian women stay stuck not because they’ve been taught to silence their questions and their feelings.
Maybe you’ve been told:
“All marriages are hard.”
“He doesn’t mean it.”
“Just forgive and move on.”
“If you submit or pray more, things will improve.”
But confusion, fear, and emotional harm are not fruits of a healthy marriage—and they are not God’s design for you.
God wants for you to have clarity and wouldn’t ask you to suffer in your marriage. He cares deeply for you—not just the institution of marriage.
The RISE Model
RISE guides you through a process of discernment and healing:
