However, my focus is on understanding how those experiences have shaped your current situation and helping you move forward toward your goals. Together we create practical tools, strategies, and actionable steps to address and help you continue on your growth journey.

No, neither individual Resilience Coaching nor The Overcomer’s Course are a substitute for licensed therapy for individuals who need a mental health diagnosis or therapeutic treatment.
I do not diagnose mental health disorders or work with clients facing severe mental health challenges. However, with my background in counseling, if it becomes evident that a client requires specialized treatment beyond my scope, I will refer you to a licensed therapist in your area. Some clients choose to continue working with me alongside their licensed therapist, who provides mental health assessments or treatments.

Our sessions provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore challenges related to stress, overwhelm, confidence, relationships, life transitions, personal growth, or difficult past experiences. Together, we'll uncover patterns that may be holding you back, develop healthier ways of responding to challenges, and create strategies that align with your goals and values.
Each coaching journey is unique, but many women experience greater self-awareness, increased confidence, healthier boundaries, improved emotional resilience, and more consistency in the habits that support their overall well-being.
My goal is to help you move beyond simply getting through life and begin creating a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.

Absolutely. I am happy to incorporate faith-based perspectives into our coaching relationship if that is meaningful to you.
For many women, faith is a significant source of strength, healing, resilience, and personal growth. If desired, we can integrate biblical principles, prayer, spiritual reflection, and Christian values into the coaching process as we work through challenges, build resilience, and pursue your goals.
At the same time, faith integration is entirely optional. I work with women from a variety of backgrounds, including those who do not wish to incorporate faith into coaching, as well as women who are navigating questions about faith, church hurt, or healing from spiritual abuse. My role is to meet you where you are and create a safe, supportive space that honors your individual needs and goals.
Before we begin coaching, you'll complete an intake form where you can indicate whether you'd like faith-based guidance incorporated into your coaching experience.
Please note that some of my group programs, including The Overcomer's Course and RISE, are taught from a Christian perspective.
